It is a Social Group Meeting. Open to anyone that pays the identified fee for the session. It typically starts at 10 am and ends at Noon.
There is Coffee, Tea, and Water provided along with a light snack. The meeting consists of a topic discussion and a related activity.
All are focused on improving your well-being by either building a friendship, inducing laughter, bringing awareness to how your body is feeling, how your mind is thinking and making your body feel, learning to communicate, relax and have fun.
